10 Reasons Why You Should List Your Home During The Holidays
If you’re considering selling your home but were going to wait until after the holidays, perhaps you need to read through this list first, and see if it makes sense for you to LIST NOW.
Are you a conscientious seller? Maybe the real question should be; Do you have any morals? Many sellers are not aware of their obligations nor do they fully understand the verbiage of a purchase and sale agreement. More often than not, the listing agent hasn't taken the time to explain either of them...at least that's been my experience lately. According to several real estate lawyers, there are certain expectations that buyers can rely on regardless of what's written in the offer. If in doubt, ask your lawyer.
Before saying no, consider this… “The home inspector found some issues and the Buyers want a price reduction” for a Seller, nothing is more disappointing to hear. Most Sellers think their home is in great shape and never expect the Buyers to find any problems…and they definitely never want to re-negotiate after accepting an offer.
